POSTE ITALIANE: THE SLATES FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED

Rome, 14 April 2023 – Following the press release issued today, Poste Italiane S.p.A. ("Poste Italiane") informs that the slates for the renewal of the Board of Directors and the relevant accompanying documentation are publicly available at the Company's headquarters, on the Borsa Italiana S.p.A. website (www.borsaitaliana.it), as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" (www.emarketstorage.it) and on the Company's website (www.posteitaliane.it).

The proposals, submitted by the Shareholders Ministry of Economy and Finance, pursuant to art. 126-bis, paragraph 1, third period, of the Unified Financial Act – regarding the item 6 (Election of the Chairman of the Board of Directors) and the item 7 (Determination of the compensation of the members of the Board of Directors) of the agenda – are also available to the public in the same manner described above.
