RELATECH: COMPLETION OF THE LIQUIDATION PROCEDURE FOR THE SHARES SUBJECT TO WITHDRAWAL

Milan, 14th of April of 2023

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Know-how (DESK) Company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: RLT), following the announcement made on the 28th of March 2023, announces that, today, it completed the liquidation procedure of the Company's shares for which the right of withdrawal was exercised pursuant to Article 2437-quater, paragraph 5 of the Italian Civil Code. In particular, the settlement of the no. 20,908 withdrawn shares in relation to which the option and pre-emption right was exercised was finalized, against payment of a unit price of €2.19.

The Company also repurchased a total of 394,340 shares (the "Residual Shares"), at a liquidation value of Euro 2.19 each for a total countervalue of Euro 863,604.60.

As a result of the repurchase of the Residual Shares, considering the shares already held in the Company's portfolio, Relatech will hold a total of 1,506,747 treasury shares, equal to 3.48% of the Company's share capital.

The transaction described above was finalized through Monte Titoli.
