ANNOUNCEMENT OF TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOTING RIGHTS

Bologna, 19 April 2023

UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A announces that in accordance with article 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis of the CONSOB Issuers' Regulation, the table below shows the data relating to the shares in issue and the number of voting rights as at 18 April 2023 (record date).
