Statement

Milan - Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. informs that, within the deadline contained in the press release issued by the Company on 17 April, no proposals have been received from shareholders for the appointment of a female nominee as member of the Company's next Board of Statutory Auditors, in addition to the nominees included in the lists already submitted.
