DEPOSITO LISTE CANDIDATI CONSIGLIO DI AMMINISTRAZIONE E COLLEGIO SINDACALE

Torino (TO), 20 aprile 2023 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. (Ticker OSA), società attiva nella progettazione e produzione di macchine e linee complete per l'automazione e il testing su semiconduttori, rende noto che, in data odierna, l'azionista Mirella Ferrero - titolare complessivamente di n. 8.254.000 azioni ordinarie di Osai A.S. S.p.A., pari al 51,18 % del capitale sociale - ha depositato:

• una lista di candidati per la nomina del Consiglio di Amministrazione;
• una lista di candidati per la nomina del Collegio Sindacale

ciascuna corredata della relativa documentazione.

Si segnala che, in occasione della presentazione delle liste, l'azionista Mirella Ferrero ha, altresì, presentato le proposte di deliberazione sulla composizione e sul compenso degli organi sociali. Le suddette liste sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale della società in Torino, via Sondrio 13 e sul sito internet all'indirizzo Assemblea degli Azionisti - OSAI Automation Systems (osai-as.com) alla sezione Assemblea 27 Aprile 2023.

FILING OF LISTS OF CANDIDATES FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS

Turin (TO), 20 aprile 2023 – OSAI Automation System S.p.A. (Ticker OSA), a company that operates in the field of design and production of machines and complete lines for automation and testing on semiconductors, hereby announces that, today, the shareholder Mirella Ferrero - owner of a total of 8,254,000 ordinary shares in Osai A.S. S.p.A., equal to 51.18 % of the share capital - filed:

• a list of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Directors;
• a list of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors

each accompanied by the relevant documentation.

Please note that, on the occasion of the presentation of the lists, the shareholder Mirella Ferrero also presented the proposed resolutions on the composition and remuneration of the corporate bodies.

The aforementioned lists are available to the public at the company's registered office in Turin, via Sondrio 13 and on the website at Shareholders' Meeting - OSAI Automation Systems (osaias.com) under Shareholders' Meeting 27 April 2023.
