PUBLICATION OF THE INFORMATION UPON REQUEST BY CONSOB PURSUANT TO ART. 114, Legislative Decree N. 58/1998 (TUF) AND THE PRECISATIVE AND SUPPLEMENTARY NOTE OF THE MILANO MONZA BRIANZA LODI CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

Milan, 22 April 2023 - Fiera Milano S.p.A. (hereinafter, also "Fiera Milano", or the "Company") Fiera Milano S.p.A. (hereinafter, also "Fiera Milano", or the "Company") announces that today it has made available on its website www.fieramilano.it (in the Investors/Governance/Shareholders' Meeting section) and on the storage mechanism authorized the information provided by the Company at the request of Consob pursuant to art. 114, Legislative Decree No. 58/1198 (TUF) regarding the relevance of relations between the Fondazione Ente Autonomo Fiera Internazionale di Milano and Chamber of Commerce of Milano, Monza Brianza and Lodi and Parcam S.r.l. for the purposes of the existence of links between lists.

At the request of Consob, the Chamber of Commerce of Milano, Monza Brianza and Lodi made also available with the same methods, a note containing "clarifications and additions to the declaration regarding the non-existence of relationships with other lists already disclosed to the public
