Sabaf S.p.A. informa che, come previsto dall'articolo 125-quarter, comma 2, del D.Lgs. 58/1998, il rendiconto sintetico delle votazioni sui punti all'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea ordinaria degli azionisti tenutasi in data 28 aprile 2023 è consultabile sul sito di stoccaggio autorizzato e sul sito internet della Società www.sabafgroup.com, sezione Investitori.
