INTEGRATION AND CLARIFICATION OF THE BOARD ILLUSTRATIVE REPORT CONCERNING THE EXTRAORDINARY AND ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING CALLED FOR THE 8 TH OF JUNE 2023

San Giovanni in Marignano, 5^h May 2023 - Aeffe SpA, a company listed in the Euronext STAR Milan segment of Euronext Milan market of Borsa Italiana, which operates in the luxury sector with a presence in the prêt-à-porter, footwear and leather goods division under renowned brand names such as Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, Moschino, Pollini, with reference to Board Illustrative Report pursuant to para. 1 of art. 125-ter of Legislative decree 58 dated 24th February 1998, as amended (the "TUF") and art. 84-ter of the regulations adopted by Consob Resolution No. 11971 dated 14th May 1999, as amended (the "Issuers' Regulation") concerning the Extraordinary and Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called for the 8th of June 2023 (the "Illustrative Report"), communicates that the latter has been modified and integrated with reference to the modification's proposals of articles 12.2, 15.6 and 22.8.
