Ospitaletto, 8 maggio 2023 – SABAF S.p.A. comunica che vi è stata la maggiorazione di n. 1.533.644 azioni ordinarie, ai sensi dell'art. 127-quinquies del T.u.f. e in applicazione di quanto previsto dallo statuto sociale.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE VOTING RIGHTS (Article 85bis, section 4bis, of Consob Regulation no. 11971)

Ospitaletto, May 8 th, 2023 – SABAF S.p.A. hereby announces that there was the increasing voting rights of no 1,533,644 ordinary shares, pursuant to article 127quinquies of Legislative Decree 58/98 and in application of the provisions of the by-laws.
