Roma, 11/05/2023 – Leonardo comunica che, a seguito del nuovo riassetto organizzativo annunciato all'esito del Consiglio di Amministrazione tenutosi il 9 maggio 2023, che ha provveduto a revocare le deleghe attribuite all'Ing. Lucio Valerio Cioffi in qualità di Direttore Generale, l'Azienda e lo stesso Ing. Cioffi hanno individuato una soluzione consensuale per un percorso progressivo di uscita dalla Società.
L'Ing. Cioffi continuerà a mantenere il rapporto di lavoro con l'Azienda in qualità di Dirigente fino al completamento del percorso condiviso e, conseguentemente, non sono previste indennità di fine rapporto, né attribuzioni di indennità o altri benefici legati alla cessazione dalla carica. L'Ing. Cioffi manterrà, data la continuità del rapporto di lavoro, i diritti connessi al vigente sistema di incentivazione previsto dalla politica di remunerazione della Società.
Leonardo ringrazia l'Ing. Lucio Valerio Cioffi per il prezioso contributo che ha garantito nei diversi ruoli a responsabilità crescente in quasi 40 anni di servizio, nei quali ha rappresentato per l'intero gruppo un modello di riferimento manageriale, caratterizzato da dedizione, competenza, integrità e passione.
L'Azienda porge all'Ing. Lucio Valerio Cioffi i migliori auguri per un futuro ricco di nuove soddisfazioni.

LEONARDO: TERM OF OFFICE OF MR. CIOFFI
Roma, 11/05/2023 – Leonardo informs that, following the new organizational restructuring announced at the outcome of the Board of Directors' meeting held on May 9, 2023, which proceeded to revoke the powers assigned to Mr. Lucio Valerio Cioffi as General Manager, the Company and Mr. Cioffi himself have identified a consensual solution for a progressive exit path from the Company.
Mr. Cioffi will continue to maintain the employment relationship as Executive with the Company until the shared path completion and, consequently, no severance payments are envisaged, nor attributions of indemnities or other benefits linked to the termination of office. Mr. Cioffi will keep, given the continuity of the employment relationship, the rights related to the current incentive system envisaged by the Company's remuneration policy.
Leonardo thanks Mr. Lucio Valerio Cioffi for the valuable contribution that he guaranteed in the various roles with increasing responsibility in almost 40 years of service, in which he represented a managerial reference model for the entire group, characterized by dedication, competence, integrity and passion.
