VARIAZIONE DEL CALENDARIO DEGLI EVENTI SOCIETARI 2023

17 maggio 2023. Exprivia S.p.A. - società quotata al mercato Euronext di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - comunica il posticipo da parte del Consiglio di Amministrazione della approvazione e diffusione al mercato della Relazione Finanziaria Semestrale al 30 giugno 2023 al 27 settembre 2023, anziché 4 agosto 2023, nel rispetto dei termini di legge e regolamento.

La presente comunicazione viene resa ai sensi dell'art. 2.6.2, co. 1, lett. b) del Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

Eventuali ulteriori variazioni saranno comunicate tempestivamente.

CHANGES TO THE CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR 2023

17 May 2023, Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the Euronext market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] announces the postponement by the Board of Directors of the approval and diffusion to the market of the Half-Yearly Financial Report as of 30 June 2023 to 27 September 2023, instead of 4 August 2023, in compliance with the terms of law and regulations.

This communication is made pursuant to Article 2.6.2, co. 1, letter b) of the Regulation of Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A..

Any further changes will be promptly communicated.
