Variazione al calendario finanziario 2023

Sabaf S.p.A. rende noto che la riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale 2023 è stata posticipata al 5 settembre 2023 (rispetto alla data del 3 agosto 2023 precedentemente indicata).

Di seguito si riportano le date previste per le prossime riunioni del Consiglio di Amministrazione:

• 5 settembre 2023, approvazione relazione finanziaria semestrale 2023
• 14 novembre 2023, approvazione resoconto intermedio di gestione del terzo trimestre 2023

I giorni 5 settembre e 14 novembre 2023 alle ore 16,00 il management della Società organizzerà delle conference call per illustrare i risultati di periodo agli analisti finanziari.

Updated 2023 financial calendar

Sabaf S.p.A. announces that the Board of Directors' meeting called to approve the 2023 half year report has been postponed to September 5th, 2023 (from the previously communicated date of August 3rd, 2023).

The Board of Directors will meet on the following days during 2023:

• September 5th, approval of 2023 half year report
• November 14th, approval of 2023 third quarter interim report

On September 5th and November 14th at 4.00 pm CET the management of the Company will organize a conference call in order to present the quarterly results to the financial analysts.
