Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 15 May – 19 May 2023

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 15 May 2023

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 15 May and 19 May 2023 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20 April 2023 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 10,500 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.033% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.3699 per share, for a total of Euro 14,384.00.

Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Marketin the period between 15 May and 19 May 2023 are enclosed.
