POSTE ITALIANE: FILING OF DOCUMENTATION

Rome, 1 June 2023 – Poste Italiane S.p.A. (the "Company") informs that the information document relating to transactions of greater importance with related parties concerning the agreement with the Ministry of Economy and Finance ("MEF") that regulates the remuneration of the MEF account in which Poste Italiane deposits funds collected in postal current accounts from customers not belonging to the private sector, together with the favorable opinion of Related and Connected Parties Committee, are available to the public at the Company's headquarters, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the Company's website (www.posteitaliane.it), as well as on the website of the authorized storage mechanism "emarket Storage" ().

The aforementioned document was prepared pursuant to Article 5 of the CONSOB Regulation no. 17221/2010 and in compliance with Annex 4 to such Regulation.
