Ponsse's Financial Reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2025

Ponsse's Financial Reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2025 Ponsse Plc, Stock Exchange Release, 29 October 2024 at 4:30 p.m. EET Financial Calendar Ponsse Plc will publish the following financial reports during 2025: 18 February 2025 - Financial statements 2024 23 April 2025 - Interim report (Q1), January-March 2025 12 August 2025 - Half-year report, January-June 2025 21 October 2025 - Interim report (Q3), January-September 2025 The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held in Vieremä on 8 April 2025. Ponsse Plc's Board of Directors will issue a separate notice of the Annual General Meeting later. The 2024 Annual Report including Board of Directors' Report and Financial Statements, will be published on the company's website during week 11 (the week starting on 10 March 2025). The Board of Directors' Report also includes a sustainability report in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the ESRS sustainability reporting standards. All financial reports of the company will be published in Finnish and English. Ponsse maintains a silent period, which begins at the end of each reporting quarter and ends following the publication of the results for the quarter or financial period in question.
