Ospitaletto, 7 giugno 2023 – SABAF S.p.A. comunica che vi è stata la maggiorazione di n. 148.000 azioni ordinarie, ai sensi dell'art. 127-quinquies del T.u.f. e in applicazione di quanto previsto dallo statuto sociale.

Ospitaletto, June 7 th, 2023 – SABAF S.p.A. hereby announces that there was the increasing voting rights of no 148,000 ordinary shares, pursuant to article 127quinquies of Legislative Decree 58/98 and in application of the provisions of the by-laws.
