PUBLICATION OF THE UPDATED ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

Bologna, 8 June 2023

The articles of association containing the amendments pursuant to articles 6 ("Share capital") and 27 ("Distribution of profits"), resolved by the extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 27 April 2023, which amendments were all approved by the Institute for the Supervision of Insurance "IVASS" in accordance with the law, are available to the public at the registered office of the company, on the authorised storage mechanism, eMarket Storage () and on the Internet site of the Company www.unipolsai.com (Governance/Company's By-Laws section).
