Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 5 June – 9 June 2023

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 12 june 2023

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 5 June and 9 June 2023 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20 April 2023 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 3,700 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.012% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.3412 per share, for a total of Euro 4,962.50.

Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Market in the period between 5 June and 9 June 2023 are enclosed.
