NOTIFICATION OF PUBLICATION OF EXTRACT OF SHAREHOLDERS' AGREEMENT AND ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Rome, June 14th, 2023 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue", the "Company") communicates that, in compliance with the provisions of art. 129 and 130 of the Issuers' Regulation, the extract relating to the shareholders' agreement signed between Avio S.à r.l. and Sankaty European Investments S.à r.l. on June 13th, 2023, and the essential information have been made available to the public on the Company's website (https://dovalue.it/en/governance) and on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" (http://). Copy of the extract of the shareholders' agreement, pursuant to art. 129 of the Issuers' Regulation, will be published in the newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore" on June 15th, 2023.
