GENERALFINANCE AND BANCA CASSA DI RISPARMIO DI SAVIGLIANO SIGN AN AGREEMENT FOR THE RESALE OF TAX RECEIVABLES LINKED TO THE SUPERBONUS FOR A VALUE OF 10 MILLION EUROS

Milano/Savigliano, June 16th 2023 – Generalfinance – a factoring company listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange and Italian leader in financing distressed companies – and Banca Cassa di Risparmio di Savigliano – a local bank strongly rooted in the territory and operating in the provinces of Cuneo and Turin – have signed a four-year agreement aimed at reassigning tax credits linked to the Superbonus, for a tax value of 10 million euros. The agreement refers to credits purchased from May 1st 2022, identified by the unique code introduced by the Revenue Agency.

Ugo Colombo, CFO of Generalfinance: "We are satisfied with this agreement – for us this is the first transaction in the sale of tax credits – which allows us to optimize the use of company liquidity, through monthly purchases of receivables, based on a defined plan with a duration of 4 years.".

Emanuele Regis, General Manager of Banca Cassa di Risparmio di Savigliano: "We strongly believe in collaboration between companies in the financial sector in order to offer the widest contribution to the growth of the local economy. The agreement allows the Bank to continue to provide concrete support to the many local businesses and families in the area.".

PwC TLS Professional Association of Lawyers and Accountants took part in the transaction as legal advisor for Banca Cassa di Risparmio di Savigliano.
