CHANGES TO THE FINANCIAL EVENTS CALENDAR 2023

Milan, June 16th 2023. Generalfinance S.p.A. announces that the Company's Board of Directors for the examination and approval of the main economic and financial data for the first half of 2023 will be held on July 26th, 2023 instead of August 4th, 2023, as previously announced.

The amended 2023 Financial Calendar is shown below:
