PRESS RELEASE
CHANGE IN THE INVESTOR RELATIONS FUNCTION
Rome, June 23rd, 2023 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue", the "Company", the "Group") communicates that Alberto Goretti, Head of Investor Relations of the doValue Group, will leave the Company on June 28th, 2023, to pursue a new professional opportunity.
The Company thanks Alberto Goretti for its professionality and contribution over the last two years, wishing him the best for his professional path.
The Company also communicates that the role of Head of Investor Relations will be assumed ad interim by Daniele Della Seta (currently Head of M&A and Strategic Finance of the Group) until the arrival of a new resource, already identified by the Company, expected for September 2023.
