Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 19 June – 23 June 2023

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 26 june 2023

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 19 June and 23 June 2023 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20 April 2023 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 3,000 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.009% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.3307 per share, for a total of Euro 3,992.00.

Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Market in the period between 19 June and 23 June 2023 are enclosed.
