Titolo: Mondo Tv implementa la propria collaborazione con Educational srl includendo nell'accordo licensing già in essere la nuova property "Stickman".

04 Luglio 2023 – Mondo TV comunica di aver sottoscritto con Educational S.r.l., società italiana che da più di quarant'anni sotto il brand Ludattica svolge attività di ricerca e formazione sulle strategie di apprendimento dei bambini basate sul gioco, un nuovo accordo che va ad integrare quello già esistente dal 2020 per lo sfruttamento dei diritti di licensing e merchandising della property Il Gruffalò.

L'accordo integrativo prevede lo sfruttamento dei medesimi diritti licensing e merchandising per la produzione e il commercio di alcune tipologie di giochi educativi sulla nuova property "Stickman", sempre nel portfolio di titoli di Julia Donaldson di cui Mondo TV è agente per l'italia.

L'accordo prevede il pagamento di un nuovo minimo garantito e di royalties da parte della licenziataria a favore di Mondo TV per le vendite eccedenti l'importo del minimo garantito

Title: Mondo Tv implements its collaboration with Educational srl by including the new property "Stickman" in the existing licensing agreement.

July 04, 2023 – Mondo TV announces that it has signed a new agreement with Educational S.r.l., an Italian company that has been carrying out research and training activities on playbased learning strategies for children under the Ludattica brand for more than forty years, which integrates the one already existing since 2020 for the exploitation of the licensing and merchandising rights of the property Il Gruffalò.

The supplementary agreement provides for the exploitation of the same licensing and merchandising rights for the production and marketing of certain types of educational games on the new property "Stickman", again in the portfolio of titles by Julia Donaldson for which Mondo TV is the Italian agent .

The agreement provides for the payment of a new guaranteed minimum and royalties by the licensee to Mondo TV for sales exceeding the guaranteed minimum amount.
