Landi Renzo: Annalisa Stupenengo is the new Group CEO

With extensive experience in sustainable mobility and deep expertise in alternative energy sources, Annalisa Stupenengo assumes top management responsibility for Landi Renzo Group.

Thanks to her unique expertise, she will strengthen the Group's development as a key player along the whole value chain in the natural gas, biomethane and hydrogen segments.

Cristiano Musi will continue to lead the subsidiaries SAFE&CEC, Safe and Idro Meccanica strategic companies for the Group's positioning in the energy transition.

Paolo Cilloni appointed Group CFO, Financial Reporting Manager and Investor Relator.

Cavriago (RE), 12th July 2023 - The Board of Directors of Landi Renzo coopted Annalisa Stupenengo as CEO of Landi Renzo Group, appointing her General Director as well.

Annalisa Stupenengo boasts almost thirty years of experience in the mobility sector, developed worldwide holding roles of increasing responsibility at the Iveco Group, CNH Industrial and FCA.

Previously, Annalisa Stupenengo was Chief Operations Officer at Iveco Group and Chairman of FPT Industrial where she had held the CEO role. In her prior working experiences, she worked on R&D of technological innovation projects, focusing on hydrogen and biomethane applications.

She currently sits on the Board of Directors and on the Remuneration and Appointments Committee of Prysmian.

Graduated in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin in 1996, she was named by the Financial Times among the 100 most influential women in hi-tech engineering in 2019.

With her support, the Group aims to further strengthen its position in the sustainable mobility and, in particular, in the Mid&Heavy Duty vehicles sector, which is key for the Group's development.

Cristiano Musi will continue to hold the role of CEO of SAFE&CEC and Safe; he will moreover take the role of CEO of Idro Meccanica, all Landi Renzo Group's subsidiaries, which design and market advanced systems for the compression and management of natural gas, biomethane and hydrogen from the 'post-generation' phase to the midstream and final distribution at refuelling stations or in industrial applications.

Paolo Cilloni, on the other hand, returns to the role of Group's Chief Financial Officer, building on his in-depth knowledge of the company gained in 35 years of experience with the Group, of which he oversaw all stages of growth, including the listing and international expansion, as well as the role of Financial Reporting Manager and Investor Relator.

Landi Renzo's Board of Directors also verified that Annalisa Stupenengo meets the requirements of current regulations as a new director of the Company and that Paolo Cilloni meets the requirements of current regulations as a new Financial Reporting Manager.

The Board of Directors also gave a mandate to Chairman Stefano to convene the Shareholders' Meeting of Landi Renzo to deliberate on the confirmation of Annalisa Stupenengo as director of the Company as well as on the amendments to the Remuneration and Compensation Report with reference to the paragraph on exceptional events (paragraph M).

Vittorio Tavanti no longer holds any position within Landi Renzo Group.
