Following to the press release issued today, Sabaf S.p.A. wishes to announce that are available to the public at the registered office, on the authorized storage system , and in the Investors, Capital Increase section of the Company website www.sabafgroup.com:

• the report of the directors of Sabaf S.p.A pursuant to Article 2441, fourth paragraph, second sentence of the Italian Civil Code;
• the opinion issued by the independent auditors EY S.p.A. pursuant to Article 2441, fourth paragraph, second sentence of the Italian Civil Code; and
• the minutes of the Board of Directors of Sabaf S.p.A. held today.
