## **OPERAZIONE DI BUSINESS COMBINATION CON SICILY BY CAR S.p.A.: PRESENTATA A BORSA ITALIANA LA COMUNICAZIONE DI PRE-AMMISSIONE DA PARTE DI SICILY BY CAR S.p.A.**

*Milano, 18 luglio 2023* – Industrial Stars of Italy 4 S.p.A. ("**INDSTARS 4**" o la "**Società**"), nel contesto dell'operazione di *business combination* ("**Business Combination**") già annunciata tra la Società e Sicily by Car S.p.A. ("**SbC**"), comunica che in data odierna SbC ha presentato a Borsa Italiana S.p.A. la comunicazione di pre-ammissione, funzionale all'ammissione alle negoziazioni di azioni ordinarie e *warrant* di SbC sul mercato Euronext Growth Milan, gestito ed organizzato da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("**EGM**"), prevista per il 1° agosto 2023.
