CHANGE IN 2023 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

Trezzo sull'Adda (MI), July 24, 2023 – Pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, Cofle S.p.A. hereby announces a modification to the previously communicated schedule. The Board of Directors meeting for the analysis of the consolidated revenue for the first half of 2023 will be held on July 28, 2023, instead of the initially scheduled date of July 24, 2023, due to external factors affecting the company, including adverse weather conditions that caused technical issues.

Below is the updated version of the corporate events calendar for the fiscal year 2023:

MARCH 29, 2023 - Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Annual Financial Statements as of December 31, 2022, and the Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2022.

APRIL 28, 2023 - Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Annual Financial Statements as of December 31, 2022, and the presentation of the Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2022.

MAY 4, 2023 - Board of Directors meeting for the analysis of the consolidated revenue for the first quarter of 2023.

JULY 28, 2023 - Board of Directors meeting for the analysis of the consolidated revenue for the first half of 2023.

SEPTEMBER 28, 2023 - Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the consolidated half-yearly financial report as of June 30, 2023.

OCTOBER 24, 2023 - Board of Directors meeting for the analysis of the consolidated revenue for the third quarter of 2023.
