INFORMATIVA SU AZIONI PROPRIE

Firenze - 31 luglio 2023 - El.En. SpA, società leader nel mercato dei laser, quotata all'Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR") di Borsa Italiana, rende noto che la quota in natura del compenso annuale 2022 del direttore generale gli è stata corrisposta in data odierna mediante l'assegnazione di nr. 18.150 azioni delle 39.120 azioni detenute in portafoglio.

In data odierna la quantità residua di azioni proprie detenute è pari a 20.970 pari allo 0,0262% del capitale sociale.

REPORT ON TREASURY SHARES

Florence - July, 31 2023 - El.En. SpA, leader on the laser market listed on the Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR") of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice that the portion of the 2022 annual remuneration of the general manager to be paid in kind was paid to him today by assigning 18,150 shares of the 39,120 shares held as treasury shares.

As of today, the residual quantity of treasury shares held is 20,970 equal to 0.0262% of the share capital.
