Conversion of 10 bonds from the Tiscali Conv. 2019-2020 bond loan

Cagliari, July 18 2019

The Company announces that today, following the exercise by Sova Capital Limited of the conversion right, 96,246,391 shares were issued to service the conversion of 10 bonds with a nominal value of Eur 1,000,000 of the Tiscali Conv. 2019-2020 bond, as approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on June 26 2018 and the Board of Directors on January 31 2019.
