COMUNICAZIONE DI VARIAZIONE DELL'AMMONTARE COMPLESSIVO DEI DIRITTI DI VOTO
01 agosto 2023. Exprivia - società quotata al mercato Euronext Milan di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - comunica, ai sensi dell'art. 85‐bis, comma 4‐bis, del Regolamento Emittenti Consob n. 11971 del 14 maggio 1999, che a seguito del conferimento da parte del socio Abaco Innovazione SpA in Abaco3 SpA di n. 1.248.358 azioni ordinarie Exprivia con voto maggiorato per sottoscrizione e integrale liberazione di un aumento di capitale a pagamento ai sensi dell'articolo 2440 c.c., come comunicato per conto di Abaco3 al mercato in data 11 luglio 2023, il numero complessivo di azioni ordinarie con voto maggiorato e, pertanto, il numero complessivo dei diritti di voto esercitabili in assemblea è variato come indicato nella seguente tabella.

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOTING RIGHTS
01 August 2023 - Exprivia a company listed on the Euronext Milan market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] announces, pursuant to art. 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis, of Consob Issuers' Regulation n. 11971 of 14 May 1999, that following the contribution by the shareholder Abaco Innovazione SpA in Abaco3 SpA of n. 1,248,358 Exprivia ordinary shares with increased voting rights for subscription and full release of a paid capital increase pursuant to article 2440 of the Italian Civil Code, as communicated on behalf of Abaco3 to the market on 11 July 2023, the total number of ordinary shares with increased voting rights and, therefore, the total number of voting rights that can be exercised at the shareholders' meeting has changed as shown in the following table.
