RELATECH appoints ILLIMITY BANK as Euronext Growth Advisor as of 7 August 2023
Milan, 3 rd of August 2023
Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Know-how (DESK) Company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: RLT), hereby announces, pursuant to article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, the consensual termination of the mandate as Euronext Growth Advisor of BPER Banca S.p.A., which will remain in office until and including 6 August 2023, and the appointment of illimity Bank S.p.A., as new Euronext Growth Advisor, from 7 August 2023.
In this regard, it should be noted that, on today's date, illimity Bank S.p.A. issued to Borsa Italiana the declarations provided for by article 17 of the Euronext Growth Advisor Regulation.
