MANUELA FRANCHI CONFIRMED AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE GROUP

Rome, August 3, 2023 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue", the "Company", the "Group") announces that the Board of Directors has confirmed Manuela Franchi in her role as CEO of the Group with unanimous decision, effective from today.

The powers and delegations of Manuela Franchi are confirmed compared to those currently in force. As of August 3, 2023, Manuela Franchi will hold 19,529 doValue shares.

The Chairman of the Company, Ambassador Giovanni Castellaneta, expresses great satisfaction on behalf of the Board with the choice and underlines that an accurate and in-depth selection process was carried out according to the best practices, choosing among candidates of very high professional standards and human qualities. During this process, as well as during her tenure with the company (including as acting CEO), Manuela Franchi has proven to be the best choice to guide the Company. The Board of Directors is confident that the new CEO will give new impetus to the Company accompanying its growth in the market both in traditional and new business, in the interest of all its stakeholders.

Manuela Franchi was co-opted as interim CEO on April 27, following the termination of the previous CEO. Prior to this co-optation, Manuela Franchi held the role of General Manager of Corporate Functions and Chief Financial Officer of the doValue Group; she is also a member of the Boards of Directors of doValue Greece and doValue Spain (roles she will continue to hold along with the role of CEO) as well as Chief Operating Officer of doNext. Manuela Franchi has been part of doValue's top management since 2016, initially in charge of M&A and Investor Relations functions (leading the Company's listing process on the Italian Stock Exchange), then as Chief Financial Officer, and more recently as General Manager of Corporate Functions (especially structuring the doTransformation group plan). Previously, Manuela Franchi worked in the investment banking departments of Goldman Sachs and Bank of America Merrill Lynch for over 15 years, where she held various roles including that of Managing Director.

It is clarified that Manuela Franchi will maintain the delegations related to the role of General Manager and Group CFO.
