IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from UBS AG London Branch ("UBS").

Lowest price paid per share:						924.5p
Volume weighted average price paid per share:						927.4538p
IG Group intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 3,608,611 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 357,949,257 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
Since 25 September 2024, IG Group has purchased 3,608,611 shares at a cost of £33,368,428 (excluding fees and taxes).
