"On 28th of April 2023 Nordea commenced a share buy-back programme of up to EUR 1.0bn. The share buy-backs will be carried out in accordance with the authorisation granted to the Board by the 2023 Annual General Meeting."
The repurchase of own shares in public trading is executed in accordance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council of 16 April 2014 (MAR) and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
Details on the total number of shares purchased under the on-market programme from October 21, 2024, to October 25, 2024 as well as details on each transactions are included in the attached file.
