GENERALFINANCE

FACTORING CONTRACT RENEWAL WITH FACTORIT S.P.A.

Milan, 9 August 2023. Generalfinance announces the renewal of the factoring agreement with Factorit S.p.A., a company specialized in supporting liquidity and managing companies' cash flows, in the technical form of retransfer receivables ("Re-factoring") in "recourse" and "non recourse" basis, with the possibility of retransfer receivables up to a maximum amount of 80 million euros.

The agreement is part of Generalfinance's strategy of: i) diversification of funding sources through agreements with solid counterparties, such as Factorit, a historical reality in the world of factoring and part of a solid banking group; ii) optimization of the cost of funding and iii) increase in counterbalancing capacity, in order to support business expansion in line with the provisions of the current 2022-2024 Business Plan, also taking into account the favourable environment for the Company's anti-cyclical activity.
