Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 21 August – 25 August 2023

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 28 August 2023

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 21 August and 25 August 2023 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20 April 2023 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 8,500 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.027% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.2871 per share, for a total of Euro 10,940.75.

Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Market in the period between 21 August and 25 August 2023 are enclosed.
