Milano, 31 agosto 2023 - Saipem rende noto che in data odierna è stato messo a disposizione del pubblico presso la Sede Sociale, nell'apposita sezione del sito internet della Società (www.saipem.com, sezione "Investors – Obbligazioni") e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage" () il verbale notarile del Consiglio di Amministrazione del 30 agosto 2023 sull'emissione del prestito obbligazionario senior unsecured guaranteed equity-linked.

Milan (Italy), August 31, 2023 – Saipem announces that today the notarized minutes of the Board of Directors dated August 30, 2023 on senior unsecured equity-linked bonds issuance was made available to the public at the Company's Registered Office, in the dedicated section of the Company's website (www.saipem.com, "Investors – Bonds") and at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" ().
