Milano, 4 settembre 2023 – Saipem rende noto che in data odierna è stata messa a disposizione del pubblico presso la Sede Sociale, nell'apposita sezione del sito internet della Società (www.saipem.com, sezione "Investors – Obbligazioni") e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage" () la determina notarile dell'Amministratore Delegato del 31 agosto 2023 relativa al prestito obbligazionario senior unsecured guaranteed equity-linked per Euro 500 milioni con scadenza al 2029.

Milan (Italy), September, 4, 2023 – Saipem announces that today the notarized resolution of Chief Executive Officer dated August 31, 2023, related to the offering of EUR 500 million senior unsecured guaranteed equity-linked bonds due 2029, was made available to the public at the Company's Registered Office, in the dedicated section of the Company's website (www.saipem.com, "Investors – Bonds") and at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" ().
