Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 4 September – 8 September 2023
Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 11 September 2023
Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 4 September and 8 September 2023 the Company bought on the Euronext Milan Market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 20 April 2023 (previously communicated as per Art. 144-bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 4,000 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.013% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.3013 per share, for a total of Euro 5,205.00.
Details of all buyback transactions on the Euronext Milan Market in the period between 4 September and 8 September 2023 are enclosed.
