Ammissione alle negoziazioni del prestito obbligazionario senior unsecured guaranteed equity-linked da euro 500 milioni con scadenza al 2029 emesso da Saipem S.p.A.
Milano, 15 settembre 2023 – Saipem S.p.A. rende noto che in data odierna il prestito obbligazionario senior unsecured equity-linked da euro 500 milioni con scadenza al 2029 (codice ISIN: XS2677538493) emesso lo scorso 11 settembre 2023 è stato ammesso alle negoziazioni presso il Vienna MTF, un sistema multilaterale di negoziazione gestito dalla Borsa di Vienna.
L'avvio delle negoziazioni è previsto il 19 settembre 2023.

Admission to trading of Saipem S.p.A. euro 500 million senior unsecured guaranteed equitylinked bonds due 2029
Milan (Italy), September 15, 2023 – Saipem S.p.A. announces that today the euro 500 million senior unsecured guaranteed equity-linked bonds due 2029 (ISIN code: XS2677538493) issued on 11 September 2023 have been admitted to trading on the Vienna MTF, a multilateral trading system managed by the Vienna Stock Exchange.
The expected date of the first trading day is 19 September 2023.
