(MTA; Ticker PHN) announces that the Half – Year Financial Report as of 30th June 2023, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on September 11th 2023, as well as the limited Auditors' Report, is available at the Company's registered office, on Pharmanutra S.p.A. website (www.pharmanutra.it, section Investor Relations) and on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" available on the website ().
