COFLE S.P.A.: COFLE FRANCE SECURES A SIGNIFICANT BUSINESS AGREEMENT WITH THE SECOND LARGEST EUROPEAN SPARE PARTS DISTRIBUTION GROUP AN INCREASE IN REVENUE OF 2 MILLION EUROS IS EXPECTED FOR THE IAM DIVISION

Trezzo sull'Adda (MI), September 22, 2023 – Cofle S.p.A. (EGM: CFL) - leading company in the design, production and worldwide marketing of control systems and control cables for the off-road, automotive and aftermarket automotive sectors - announces that its new French commercial subsidiary, Cofle France, has concluded a strategic business agreement with the second-largest European spare parts distribution group. This group boasts the widest distribution network in the automotive aftermarket sector in France and supplies parts and equipment to mechanics, body shops, and auto centers.

The agreement entails the distribution of Cofle products through the international platform of the new partner, thus allowing Cofle to expand its global reach and access a broader customer base.

As a result of this agreement, of increased orders from Cofle's longstanding customers, and ongoing negotiations, the Cofle Group anticipates an expected increase in annual revenue of approximately 2 million euros for the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) division, entirely generated by Cofle France's business operations.
