LEONARDO: CALENDARIO EVENTI SOCIETARI 2024
Roma, 29/09/2023 – Leonardo rende noto il calendario annuale degli eventi societari per l'esercizio 2024, come riportato di seguito:
- Lunedì 11 marzo Consiglio di Amministrazione: Approvazione Progetto di Bilancio 2023 e Piano Industriale
- Martedì 7 maggio Consiglio di Amministrazione: Risultati al 31 marzo 2024
- Da mercoledì 15 a mercoledì 29 maggio Assemblea degli Azionisti1-2
- Martedì 30 luglio Consiglio di Amministrazione: Relazione Finanziaria Semestrale 2024
- Giovedì 7 novembre Consiglio di Amministrazione: Risultati al 30 settembre 2024
- 1 Eventuale stacco dividendo: giugno 2024
- 2 Le date di convocazione sono soggette alla delibera del CdA
Le conference call/incontri per la presentazione dei risultati alla Comunità Finanziaria si svolgeranno di norma il giorno stesso ovvero all'indomani dell'approvazione da parte del Consiglio di Amministrazione.
Eventuali variazioni al suddetto calendario saranno tempestivamente comunicate.

LEONARDO: 2024 FINANCIAL CALENDAR
Rome, 29/09/2023 – Leonardo informs that the annual calendar of corporate events for the year 2024 is as follows:
- Monday 11 March Board of Directors: Draft Annual Report for 2023 and Industrial Plan Approval
- Tuesday 7 May Board of Directors: Results for the First Quarter 2024
- From Wednesday 15 to Wednesday 29 May Shareholders' Meeting1-2
- Tuesday 30 July Board of Directors: First Half Report 2024
- Thursday 7 November Board of Directors: Results for the Nine Months 2024
- 1 Ex- date, if any: June 2024
2 The dates are subject to approval by resolution of the BoD
The conference calls/meetings to present the results to the Financial Community will usually take place the same day or the day after the approval by the Board of Directors. Any amendment to this calendar will be timely announced.
