The Boards of Directors of Safe&Cec, Safe and Idro Meccanica, all belonging to Landi Renzo Group, today noted the resignation of Cristiano Musi, effective October 1, 2023, as Chief Executive Officer and/or Chairman (as the case may be) of the aforementioned companies having accepted to go to the role of Senior Vice President in Clean Energy reporting to the Chief Executive Officer with the task of developing the hydrogen segment.
The same Boards of Directors co-opted Annalisa Stupenengo, former General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Landi Group, as the new Chief Executive Officer of Safe&Cec, Safe and Idro Meccanica, on the strength of her consolidated 30 years' experience not only in the mobility sector but also in the research and development of technological innovation projects, with a focus on hydrogen and biomethane applications. Cristiano Musi has in turn been co-opted to the Boards of Directors of Safe&Cec and Safe on behalf of Clean Energy, taking over from another Board Member appointed by the American group.
