GENERALFINANCE: RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS ELENA CIOTTI AND RINO ANTONUCCI

Milan, 12 October 2023 - Generalfinance S.p.A., a supervised financial intermediary listed on the STAR segment of Euronext Milan and specialized in the factoring sector, announces that today has received the resignation of the non-independent Directors Elena Ciotti and Rino Antonucci, as a result of the sale by Crédit Agricole Italia S.p.A. of its entire shareholding in Generalfinance S.p.A., formalized on 4th October 2023.

Since the resignation does not entail the loss of the majority of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 2385 of the Italian Civil Code, the resignation of Dr. Elena Ciotti and Dr. Rino Antonucci takes immediate effect.

It is hereby noted that Dr. Elena Ciotti and Dr. Rino Antonucci did not hold any other position in the Company other than their role as Board Member and that, based on the information made available to the Company, as of the date of this press release, they did not hold any ordinary shares of the Company.

Considering that seven Board Members elected at the Shareholders' Meeting remain in charge, the Board of Directors will co-opt the resigning directors as soon as possible and provide the market with complete and prompt information on the new appointments.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Prof. Maurizio Dallocchio, and the CEO, Massimo Gianolli, sincerely thank Dr. Elena Ciotti and Dr. Rino Antonucci for their professional contribution during their collaboration with the Company and wish them all the best for their professional future.
