CHANGE IN 2023 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

Rome, October 17th, 2023 – The Board of Directors of Avio S.p.A. today resolved to change the date of approval of the additional periodic information as of 30 September 2023 from November 6 th 2023 to November 13th 2023, to be communicated pursuant to art. 2.6.2 of the "Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A.".
