INFORMATIVA SULL'ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE EFFETTUATO NEL PERIODO DAL 16 AL 20 OTTOBRE 2023

Roma, 23 ottobre 2023 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue" o la "Società") informa di avere acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., nel periodo compreso tra il 16 ed il 20 ottobre 2023, n. 19.900 azioni proprie al prezzo medio ponderato per il volume di Euro 3,7191 per azione, per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 74.010.

L'operazione fa seguito a quanto comunicato lo scorso 9 ottobre circa l'avvio di un programma di acquisto di azioni proprie (il "Programma"), disposto in attuazione dell'autorizzazione conferita dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 27 aprile 2023, ed attualmente in corso.

Di seguito, sulla base delle informazioni fornite dall'intermediario incaricato dell'esecuzione degli acquisti, si riporta il riepilogo delle operazioni di acquisto di azioni ordinarie doValue effettuate dal medesimo intermediario allo stato nel periodo sopra indicato, in forma aggregata e su base giornaliera.

Dall'inizio del Programma, doValue ha acquistato n. 54.900 azioni proprie (pari allo 0,0686% del capitale sociale), per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 207.510. Considerando le azioni proprie già in portafoglio, doValue detiene complessivamente, al 23 ottobre 2023, n. 887.518 azioni proprie, pari allo 1,109% del capitale sociale.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES IN THE PERIOD OCTOBER 16-20, 2023

Rome, October 23, 2023 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue" or the "Company") announces that between October 16 and 20, 2023, it has acquired, on the Euronext Milan market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., 19,900 own shares at a volume-weighted average price of Euro 3.7191 per share for a total consideration of Euro 74,010.

The transaction follows up on the announcement on October 9, 2023, concerning the start of a share buyback program (the "Program"), implementing the authorization granted by the Shareholders' Meeting held on April 27 th, 2023, and currently ongoing.

On the basis of the information provided by the intermediary engaged to execute the purchases, the following table summarizes, in daily and aggregate form, doValue ordinary shares' purchases carried out by the intermediary during the period indicated above.

Since the beginning of the Program, doValue has acquired 54,900 own shares (equal to 0.0686% of the share capital), for a total consideration of Euro 207,510. Considering the treasury shares already owned, doValue holds, as of October 23, 2023, a total of 887,518 treasury shares, equal to 1.109% of the share capital.
