INFORMATIVA SULL'ACQUISTO DI AZIONI PROPRIE EFFETTUATO NEL PERIODO DAL 30 OTTOBRE AL 3 NOVEMBRE 2023
Roma, 6 novembre 2023 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue" o la "Società") informa di avere acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., nel periodo compreso tra il 30 ottobre ed il 3 novembre 2023, n. 18.500 azioni proprie al prezzo medio ponderato per il volume di Euro 3,3680 per azione, per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 62.307.
L'operazione fa seguito a quanto comunicato lo scorso 9 ottobre circa l'avvio di un programma di acquisto di azioni proprie (il "Programma"), disposto in attuazione dell'autorizzazione conferita dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 27 aprile 2023, ed attualmente in corso.
Di seguito, sulla base delle informazioni fornite dall'intermediario incaricato dell'esecuzione degli acquisti, si riporta il riepilogo delle operazioni di acquisto di azioni ordinarie doValue effettuate dal medesimo intermediario allo stato nel periodo sopra indicato, in forma aggregata e su base giornaliera.

Dall'inizio del Programma, doValue ha acquistato n. 101.400 azioni proprie (pari allo 0,1268% del capitale sociale), per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 361.146. Considerando le azioni proprie già in portafoglio, doValue detiene complessivamente, al 3 novembre 2023, n. 934.018 azioni proprie, pari allo 1,168% del capitale sociale.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES IN THE PERIOD OCTOBER 30 - NOVEMBER 3, 2023
Rome, November 6, 2023 – doValue S.p.A. ("doValue" or the "Company") announces that between October 30 and November 3, 2023, it has acquired, on the Euronext Milan market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., 18,500 own shares at a volume-weighted average price of Euro 3.3680 per share for a total consideration of Euro 62,307.
The transaction follows up on the announcement on October 9, 2023, concerning the start of a share buyback program (the "Program"), implementing the authorization granted by the Shareholders' Meeting held on April 27 th, 2023, and currently ongoing.
On the basis of the information provided by the intermediary engaged to execute the purchases, the following table summarizes, in daily and aggregate form, doValue ordinary shares' purchases carried out by the intermediary during the period indicated above.

Since the beginning of the Program, doValue has acquired 101,400 own shares (equal to 0.1268% of the share capital), for a total consideration of Euro 361,146. Considering the treasury shares already owned, doValue holds, as of November 3, 2023, a total of 934,018 treasury shares, equal to 1.168% of the share capital.
