Ospitaletto, November 7 th, 2023 – SABAF S.p.A. hereby announces that there was the increasing voting rights of no 168,845 ordinary shares, pursuant to article 127quinquies of Legislative Decree 58/98 and in application of the provisions of the by-laws.
